To help us efficiently manage appointment rescheduling and cancellation requests, we kindly ask that you submit these requests through our appointment rescheduling form. Please note, we process these requests only during our normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
We also appreciate your cooperation in providing at least a week’s notice for any changes to your appointments. This ensures we can better serve all our clients, keep our team’s schedules organized, and maintain a smooth operation—resulting in happy clients and a satisfied team. Plus, timely notice helps you avoid cancellation or skip fees.

At Tidy Havens, we strive to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services. To maintain this standard, we encourage clients to keep their regularly scheduled appointments. However, if you need to reschedule, please use our Appointment Reschedule Form, as it is required for all rescheduling requests.
Depending on the frequency of your service, additional time may be needed to restore your home to its optimal condition on our next visit. A different frequency fee will be applied to your next cleaning.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee (see Cancellation and Lockout Policy). However, appointments rescheduled within the same week (within 7 days of the original date) will not incur additional charges.
We respect the time of both our clients and employees, and we adhere to a firm 48-business-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 business hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Requests made within the 48-business-hour window will result in a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
Please note that:
