What is a “felon-hire friendly” job board?

This job board curates openings from verified employers who are open to hiring individuals with past convictions. These employers are reviewed and vetted to ensure fair and inclusive practices.

How much does it cost to use the app?

Basic access is free for job seekers. Additional services—like coaching, resume help, and employer consulting—are available for a fee depending on the service level.

How does the app’s AI resume feedback work?
